Currently working in Higher Education, with a focus on developing and delivering programmes for Career Development, responsible for our student pre-arrival, online course development, the Oxford Said Careers Academy, our 2 week Launch induction programme and the Talent Development Framework for our flagship MBA programme. I am an accredited performance coach (EMCC), registered with the British Psychological Society for TUOA & TUOP and hold an Associate CIPD degree in Learning & Development.
