Manish is an Associate Director and Career Coach at the Career Management Center at Mays Business School. He bring his expertise is supporting 2 major groups of students – aspirants in Management & Technology careers, and international students. He is passionate about solving problems and curating solutions in Higher Education administration that supports both students and Professionals. He has an exciting professional journey in the last two decades, steering through multiple roles in various industries in US and India. Most recently, he has helped set up the Career Center at Ashoka University and KREA University in India, building their industry partnerships, and assisted in the technology transformation of the Career Centre at the University of Wyoming. Prior to moving into Higher Education, Manish led an entrepreneurial venture, building an HR consulting company that catered to the learning needs of organizations. He gained valuable tech and management experience at TechMahindra, providing technology solutions to clients across the globe. In each of his roles, Manish has built teams and coached people to excel in their careers. He believes in using Technology, Data, and People Skills to achieve success.
