As Associate Director of the Career Development Center, I wore many hats - in addition to one-on-one career counseling, I engaged in employer outreach, facilitated workshops and company visits, and managed career-focused student engagement. I also managed employment data collection/analysis reporting and I contributed to the overall operations and strategic management of the CDC.
I have extensive experience designing and running intern and college hire programs, as well as all aspects of New Employee Orientation. I have developed and facilitated workshops and trainings for employees and college students, and have seven years' prior experience with campus recruiting.
