LaTanya Johns is the Assistant Dean of the Benet Career Management Center at The Simon Business School. Before joining Simon in June, 2021, LaTanya was the Director of the Graduate Career Center at the Neeley School of Business at TCU in Fort Worth, TX for 13 years where she was responsible for
developing career programming for Neeley MBA and MS students and alumni and overseeing corporate engagement strategies to attract national and global corporations to TCU. Under her leadership, Neeley saw a 51% increase in average starting post-graduation salaries of MBA students. Before joining TCU, she worked at the McCombs Business School’s Career Center at The University of Texas at Austin for three years as an undergraduate career advisor and adjunct lecturer. Immediately prior, LaTanya worked in the Co-op & Career Services Office at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, NY.
