Throughout my career I have been helping others to achieve their goals, acting as their advocate, mentor, and coach in various sectors, including higher education, financial administration, and bookkeeping. As the Associate Director of Career and Professional Development at Claremont Graduate University, I support students and alumni in their career journey by providing one-on-one advising, facilitating career-focused programs, and collecting and analyzing data for accreditation purposes.
I am passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for diverse groups, engaging with team members, staff, and faculty, and fostering cultural competency and diversity initiatives. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, usually over a bottle of wine and some good food, and I value hospitality and making sure there is room at the table for all.
